Extend the life of your soap with this simple but chic carved solid wood draining dish.
Solid poplar in a boardwalk cut style, craftsman made in Oregon. This soap dish has minimal surface area to minimize sticking. The wide angled channels allow water to quickly drain, extending the life of the soap. This not only allows your soap to dry quicker and extending life to the soap, but it also extends the life of the soap dish.
For best results in a frequently used sink or when kept in a shower, use two rotating soap dishes: swap every two weeks. This allows one dish to dry out completely, keeping your dishes in great condition. If soap dish sits in standing water, it of course may be damaged like all raw wood. Keep on an angled counter surface for best drainage.
