We help home cooks create chef-curated meals using our non-GMO certified seasoning in under 20 minutes, and offer abuelita-approved recipes through our platforms and best selling published cookbook. Our team is committed to advancing food equity in our community, and are working to create lifestyle shifts in healthy plant-forward eating with delicious culturally-relevant dishes for home cooks everywhere. Los Angeles based Chef and Founder, Jocelyn Ramirez, created Todo Verde's seasoning line to celebrate Mexico’s most beloved regional flavors -- Al Pastor, Carnitas, y Tinga. No more generic options like “spicy” or “mild” when it comes to Mexican seasoning. We want our community to see the traditional flavors we know and love reflected in grocery store aisles. Our premium seasoning offers 2X the ingredients than other seasoning blends and combines all the umami-rich high-quality spices including black garlic, mushroom powder, nutritional yeast, miso, tangerine oil and more adding double the flavor than anything else in your pantry!
Our seasoning makes 6-8 tacos per package, making it an affordable, true-to-culture, delicious option any weeknight! Instructions: Simply season your desired protein and cook with oil for 15-20 minutes. We’re plant-forward and love adding to sliced or shredded mushroom varieties, crumbled extra-firm tofu, rehydrated soy protein curls and crumbles, shredded jackfruit, beans, and so much more.
Tinga: Made with bold chipotle morita, sweet panela and tangy tomato, this chef-curated premium seasoning adds tang to any dish.
Al Pastor: Made with fruity ancho and mild guajillo chiles along with earthy achiote, this chef-curated premium seasoning has a smoky flavor with hints of sweet pineapple and tangy citrus. x
