These jams make excellent toppers for breads of all kinds. They also make delicious shrubs, cocktail additions, ice cream sauces, or vinaigrette starters. Try a spicy one as a glaze for roasted vegetables or vegan proteins.
Pink Guava: Our delicious pink guava jam is a smooth spread that captures the intense exotic flavor of the guava with a spectacular ruby red color that just looks great on just about everything. We start with fresh picked pink guavas that were hand selected and cleaned from my favorite farm in the San Joaquin valley. Our recipe uses only fresh guavas, fresh squeezed lemon juice, a bit of citrus pectin to aid in gelling and pure cane sugar in this delightful combination that brings a tropical flavor to just about anything. Ingredients: pink guavas, cane sugar, lemon juice and zest, citrus pectin.
Papaya Habanero: Pepper Jam/Jelly Lovers Rejoice!!! Our latest addition to our hot pepper jam category, Papaya Habanero Jam, is here to rave reviews!! We rate this as a medium-hot heat where it's right in between a whoa and a full out hurry up ice cream. Wonderful to spice up any meat as a glaze with a tropical twist. The recipe uses only chunky papaya puree, pure cane sugar, a bit of citrus pectin to aid in the gelling, plenty of fresh habanero peppers and a generous splash of freshly squeezed lemon juice for a little zing to the flavor in this magical combination. Ingredients: Papaya puree, cane sugar, habanero peppers, citrus pectin, lemon juice.
Strawberry Basil Balsamic: Our delicious strawberry basil balsamic jam is great for anything from bumping your PB&J up a notch to dressing a nice cheese. Our recipe uses only fresh strawberries, pure cane sugar, a bit of balsamic vinegar, finely chopped basil, a little citrus pectin for help gelling and a generous splash of freshly squeezed lemon juice for a little zing to the flavor in this decadent combination. Ollalieberry: Our delicious olallieberry jam is a seeded jam for added texture that is great for just about anything. Olallieberries were a blackberry/youngberry variety developed in Oregon that was finally released in 1950 that is commercially grown in CA. These wonderful berries have a distinctive youngberry flavor with a hint more of tartness that comes from the Black Logan blackberry. We start with hand selected fruit by a local grower in the Pescadero, CA area. Ingredients: olallieberries, cane sugar, citrus pectin, lemon juice.
Red Chili Mango Jam: Pepper Jelly Lovers Rejoice!!! Our latest addition to our hot pepper jam category, Red Chili Mango Jam, is here to rave reviews!! While working on a mango jam to add to our tropical/exotic flavor collection, we kept feeling like it was missing something. Enter red pepper flakes...and just like that, we have a winner, folks!! Rosemary Clementine Prosecco: Forget Negroni Sfolgliato! Inspired by a killer cocktail, we started playing around with these ingredients until we came to a recipe we wanted to let folks try. Our delicious rosemary prosecco clementine jam is a sweet orange jam with a dry herbal note that is great on cheeze plates or as a citrus glaze where orange peels from a marmalade may not be desirable. We start with only fresh SoCal clementine mandarin oranges that were hand selected. Our recipe uses only clementine oranges, pure cane sugar, a little citrus pectin for gelling, fresh cut rosemary, some prosecco italian sparkling wine and a generous splash of freshly squeezed lemon juice for a little zing to the flavor in this magical combination. I really liked the strawberry basil balsamic jam. You can really tell that these are small batch made products from the garden. Great on toast, crackers, even salads.
The flavor of pink guava tastes authentic and not chemically enhanced. Very fresh from the garden tasting.
