Silk Chili: Warm, tomato-like flavor and a medium heat. Use in any dish in need of a little excitement, from scrambled eggs to burgers to brownies. Perfect for cooking or finishing. (Capsicum annuum), sunflower seed oil, salt (salt content is 1% by weight, or about 0.5 grams per jar)
Za'atar: Blended at origin in Palestine with locally grown herbs, sesame seeds and sumac. (Origanum syriacum), toasted sesame seeds, sumac, salt, citric acid
Sun-Dried Tomato Powder: Made from a special tomato variety grown across Turkey's Aegean Sea coastline. It adds a bump of rich, savory, umami tanginess to anything it touches. Sun-dried tomato, ground (Lycopersicon esculentum, Mill.)
Purple Shallot Powder: Adds umami depth and allium sweetness to myriad dishes. The powder is a convenient substitute for fresh shallots - substitute 1 tsp powder for a fresh shallot, or use in place of onion powder in rice or any dish that you'd use fresh shallots in.
